I need advise. My Mercury 75HP outboard only starts when I prime the bulb, wide open throttle, choke when starting. A bunch of smoke comes out when it eventually starts then no smoke. It won't go above 3000rpms at full throttle. It will eventually die. What may be all causes no matter how stupid...
