well since a search turned up nothing, can anyone tell me the length / thread on the starter bolts for my 3.0 L Mercruiser? After a day on the river starting up to head for the Marina, found out my starter had come loose and the port side bolt is somewhere in the bilge. Or the previous owner...
After looking at the specs on 3.0 L Mercrusiers the HP seems to vary by year. Is this correct? Looks like my 94 has 115 hp...... while later years have 135.
well, after a starter bolt issue and running my S# for parts, I just might have the 3.0 LX....
after searching to no avail, can anyone tell me which prop my 1994 Capri 1952 w/ a 3.0L, Alpha 1 Gen II came with. I'm not sure if the prop on the boat is the original dia/pitch, or not.
just purchased this boat a few weeks back. I'm not new to boating, but this is my 1st I/O, and cutty. anyone know if the 1952 has the wires in the harness to install a trim gauge?
