    1990 175hp Evinrude won't start

    Won't start. I've only got fire on 2 of the cylinders. What could this be? I wouldn't think that 4 coil packs could be bad at the same time. Any thoughts?

    1985 200hp mariner won't idle

    Motor will start fine, as soon as you put it in gear it won't idle. You have to rev it very quickly to keep it running. This doesn't work immediately though, can take up to five or more times of trying this to get it to go. And by getting it to go I mean going faster than idle or no wake...

    1971 40hp Evinrude no water flow

    I got the motor running today, starts up fine, idles fine, but no water flowing out. I used the old trashcan method and don't know if this is sufficient or not. The water level was above what I am assuming is the intake port if that's what its called?! Any suggestions on what to look for first...
