Inherited a siezed 71 7.5 HP merc with bad primary ign wires and stripped #2 plug threads. Appears water enterd cyl's. Was able to un-sieze over time by removing side cover soaking rings with aerokroil and rocking flywheel. Pulls through smooth but #2 cyl compression is noticably lower than #1...
