    merc. 15hp 1995 2 stroke not firing

    it was running like a brand new one went to load it on the trailer and it cut off like someone hit the kill switch..hasnt fired since.i cleaned the plugs...no fire..are there any in-line fuses or what should be my next step....thank-you
