I have a 2004 Mercury outboard 75HP and the steering is stuck in the tilt tube. I have sprayed two cans of PB Blast at both ends and through the grease hole and no luck. I have tried hammering it out and still no luck. I heard heating might work, but where exactly do i apply the heat to?? Please...
