    need help with my boats

    I have a 89 Bumble Bee Stinger 2 with a 40 hp tiwn carb 3 blade 10 X 12 prop. I would like to know how I can get more speed with out spendding a arm and leg? And would it help to change the prop size or does it help any ? THANKS FOR YOUR INPUT!!!!
