hi got a bit of a problem. i have no spark on the lower left cylinder and good spark on all the rest. i tried different coil combinations and the one wire is the culprit. now how do i know if the powerpack is bad? or is it the stator or something else. when on the water sometimes it runs fine to...
i have a 1988 johnson 140 that is fouling plugs because the fuel mixture seems to have excessive oil. when the engine runs it is very smoky and only runs well on brand new plugs. does anybody know if there is an adjustment on the vro system to reduce the amount of oil mixing?
