Hello, I just bought a 1987 Bayliner with a 125 Force Outboard engine, the engine starts rite up but when I move the throttle forward or backwards the engine revs higher but the propeller does not move, as if it is still in neutral. Does anybody know if this is a cable issue or a lower unit...
