I Have A 1995 20hp Evinrude That Will Not Start.
I'm Wondering If While Spinning The Motor Over If The Fuel Lines Connected To The Carb Are Making Bubbles From The Hoses Not Being Tight Enough Would Make It Not Start.
I HAVE A 1995 EVINRUDE 20 HP OUTBOARD THAT I CAN'T GET TO START.
I HAVE REPLACED THE COIL PACKS AND IT IS FIRING BIG BLUE SPARKS.
THE MOTOR WILL SPIN OVER BUT WILL NOT START.
I HAVE CHECKED THE FILTER AND IT IS CLEAN AND WHEN I TAKE THE SPARK PLUGS OUT (TWO) THE PLUGS HAVE FUEL ON THEM. I REALLY...
