Please help. Got a new lower unit and the thing still isnt going into gear. When i manually do the bottom shift rod the gears and prop aren't doing nothing. Prop should be going in and out right?
bought a used 15.now the thing wont go in neutral.i do have the tiller off cause im waiting for a new gear to come in.do i have to have the gear to get it in neutral
