I Have A 1972 Chrysler 45hp Outboard. I Recently Replaced The Impeller About Three Months Ago. Since Then Its Been Running Fine For About 10 Trips. But Last Weekend I Got In The 5mph Zone And Shifted From Forward To Neutral Then When I Went To Go Forward Again It Just Revd Up. But It Goes In...
I disconnected the four main bolts holding the lower unit together. Then the lower unit drops about an inch. From there I am having a problem figureing out what to do. Can anyone help me out with directions.
Just got a 1972 chrysler 45hp model# 457HD serial#2109. I need to replace the impeller and was wondering if anyone had step by step directions on how to do it. My buddy just replaced his on a Merc, so we figured we can do mine just want some directions. Anything will help! Thanks!
