    '85 70 Hp 'Rude quits while idling

    looking for help on my neighbors' new-to-him outboard from you guys... After starting engine and upon reducing rpm to idle, the engine suddenly (and always) simply quits...no carb sneeze, no exhaust backfire, no sudden rough running, no other warning.....and this would make for very bad docking...
