    8 HP Johnson 97 floods after tilting up

    I have an 8 hp Johnson 97 that runs perfectly, kill it, tilt it up and run with the larger engine. I tilt it back and it won't start. Seems flooded. We did a full carb kit install. Problem persists. what the heck?
