    Update. Sucess! thanks for all the great tips and ideas. It was easier than I thought. There is 1/2 or 3/4 inch plywood running under the entire swim deck. I was able to get minimal access to below the deck. My initial plan was to have 4 bolts at the front of the bracket/front towards the boat...

    Do I just get brave and cut a access hole in it? I can see the upper holes by the battery compartment. But when I try and access the lower portion where the swim deck is there is a fiberglass wall. I would think i can make a hole and cut through the expansion foam to access below the plate...
