    Transom outer/inner skin hole fixes

    Did you ever get the outer transom reskinned?? I'm replacing a transom on a 91 Sylvan Pro Fish 18.5 in the next week or so. Both motors came off easily so I'm feeling hopeful that I can pull transom out in one piece.

    Transom Support Brace Repair

    I know this is an old post but I'm curious how long the repair held up and if you took any pics?? I'm in the same boat, transom seems solid. I'm thinking TIG repair plus a bracket to reinforce.
