    Thanks for the reply. It ended up being a failing starter. It would quit working after a few cranks and then alarm.

    Model: NS90AEPT02 I just purchased a pontoon boat with this outboard. It will crank a couple times, if it doesn't start right away it goes into alarm and locks out the start circuit.
