    Things done so far New Fuel line all the way from tank to carbs including primer bulb. New fuel tank Vent triple verified to be open. Carbs entirely cleaned, including fuel pump. Needles replaced and floats adjusted. Wants to Idle really high and Alot of blue smoke coming from it...

    Outboard won't prime
