    Boat floor replacement... where to begin?

    Here are some more pictures of the boat. I have removed the seats and hatch covers from the deck. We're tearing in to her tomorrow. I have a circular saw with a fine tooth blade and one of those cool vibrating saws. If anyone else has any advice on how or where to cut, this would be the time.
