    I’ve also heard that I’m supposed to have a 1/4 inch gasket from pump to side of engine.. it’s on my spare motor but doesn’t look to be on this one... would that have anything to do with it?

    I disagree with the carb issue, I’ve never seen a carb act up only after warming up. I have a spare pump I am possibly try to see if that one does the same thing. Thanks

    Glass filter was out there so I can see what’s going on.. put small hose to pump and took line off carb and it’s pumping strong but when connected to tank filter goes empty and stops pulling gas even with cap off

    Sometimes it is! I would try what I mentioned though... and also one more thing I forgot to mention, check and see if you have power at coil with key on and not just with starter engaged.

    If I were you I’d take the rear interior out of your boat if is any, put er in the water and put ya head down there... if can’t see it visually take a video w your phone w your light on.. should be fairly easy to find it. Have you had your outdrive off recently?

    Not left unplugged, purple wire goes into switch and comes out... cut them both and spliced together as if switch isn’t even there.. believe that’s correct but if not please correct me!
