    PLEASE HELP ASAP charging question

The ground lead of the meter, if you could plz (and if you haven't), connect it (the ground lead) directly on to the rectifier's metal housing, then measure each of the two yellow wires in turn with the positive meter lead. With the motor running of course.....

    PLEASE HELP ASAP charging question

Wait as tick!!..........15VAC across the yellows? That is a good thing. Don't replace anything yet. That is a RMS measurement, so 15Vrms * 1.414 = 21.21 Vp and after two Si diodes (bridge rectifier) 21.21 Vp - (2*0.6) = 20VDC. You have an open/reg/rec issue somewhere after those yellow wires...

    2002 EFI 115 4-Stroke Tachometer not working

I think the problem could be your converter (#17 below) and/or tach aren't getting proper power (ig) and/or ground..... That particular tach converter (see below) is configured such that its power and ground come from the appropriate tach studs that both the converters wires connects to, hence...

It's electrically impossible (those mech's took your money) for that reg/rec (shorted, not regulating, whatever) to blow main fuse (#2)! They might as well have said the battery was also responsible for blowing the main fuse #2 and sold you a new one of those too........geeesh. With the...

    Bilge pump float switch install

I added a diode so my buzzer/alarm only sounded when the float happened to be running the pump....... As I sometimes manually run the pump if i washing the bilge out or something, didn't want to hear the alarm in that case, otherwise, the float coming on-line means trouble and it sounds. BTW...
