Back in the day I had a Mercury Comet Convertible (Ford Fairlane basically), and I had it insured at a value that I agreed upon.
Are any boat insurance policies available with a similar agreed value insurance?

Apparently there was an accessory TILT ONLY unit available. It included the pump, but only ONE of those cylinders is connected to the pump, the other factory assist cylinder thing stays.

Ran a check on a mid 80's Johnson 70hp, and got 95-100 on the top and bottom and 75- 80 in the middle. This was cold, and it was cold out. 40 degrees and windy.

My boat has a large thru-hull fitting on the starboard side....The hole is the size that a 1.5" Scupper would fill perfectly. However I need to have an exit for the bilge pump.
I've never used a scupper for this, so I don't know what the result could be.
