My trim will on work when going down. When I try to go up the solenoid clicks but the motor does nothing. I tried hitting the wire that goes directly to the pump with power and still nothing. Is it possible for the pump to work in only one direction?

my 3.0LX is only putting out water on the starboard side of the outdrive and some misting out the propeller. And a light mist out the port side. Is this normal or is something wrong?
