Have a 1998 Mercury force 40hp outboard. Is the cam roller suppose to have a flat spot on it or does it need to be completely round? Just noticed it when I was cleaning under the cover and wondered if this is normal.
I had a leak at the screw assembly on the bottom of the carb bowl. The nut kept coming loose and allowing rough running and fuel leak. When I went to tighten the nut, it broke the nipple off that holds the drain line. It appears to be a really hard part to find. Are there any alteratives I...
