Hello . This is not accessible via the floor panel. I found a pic with floor removed and it appears to be under rear seat near engine. I don't see how in the world you get to it without tearing up floor. Anyone done this?

The spindle which the impeller mounts on seems to have bored it's way through the pump cover.. I don't know how it did this with the woodruff key engaged in the impeller.. I couldn't find the cover separately so on he advice of a a marine tech, I all-welded a penny over the whole but...
