Hello everyone, I have a 2003 Honda 115hp and since it was new I've noticed that at max throttle I seem to run about 3300 rpm. My question is is that the max for this motor? Top speed is about 38 mph, no hesitaion great fuel mileage. Is there something I can do for more rpm or just be happy with...
