Trying to remove the recoil starter on my 2000 Johnson 9.9 MN J10RSSA. Removed the 3 bolts, the easy part, but not sure how to remove the link lockout # 10 from the cam starter lockout # 22 which connects to the housing # 4 on the Johnson / Evinrude parts schematic. Any help would be...
