The trim and motor speed controls are not Lenco, and appear to be aftermarket, possibly something that Gillgetter or the original dealer rigged up...
Is there a link to the website of your screenshot? I might be able to track down something by browsing that site.
This is on a small electric gill getter pontoon boat. The part is what I believe is a speed control / relay module. It is connected to an on-off-on rocker switch controlling forward and reverse. It is also connected to a rheostat or speed control knob which controls the speed of the boat...
