I have a older 60's fiberglass boat I am working on restoring and it had a Mercury motor Serial # 1523543 on it (4 cyclinder ngine) that was froze up, and I was able to get it free and running okay, but the lower lube is leaking oil wfrom the propeller. I realized it could be one of two things...
