I had a situation where the trim activated up and would not go off. Disconnected the battery and it 'reset'. I thought it may possibly be a relay. Someone mentioned it maybe the trim switch. How do you test the trim switch now that it's working properly?? By the way I have a 2007 Mercury 115...
Fishing up in Canada. When I was getting ready to leave the trim switch activated out of the blue 'up' and would not stop. Disconnected the battery, reconnected everything worked. Usually use the boat for two weeks in the fall. I'm guessing it's a relay issue. Wondering if I can just disconnect...
Does anyone know what the original prop was on a 2007 Mercury 115 hp optimax. Currently it is is stainless steel prop with no markings for pitch or diameter. I want to get a backup prop.
