I am having trouble removing the mounting plate for my trolling motor. I removed all the screws but the silicone or adhesive they used has the plate not wanting to come off of the bow deck. Any suggestions? I’m afraid to pull to hard on it as I think it may damage the fiberglass. Thanks in...
