2013 Merc. 20hp 4 stroke.
Starts right up when I use the manual pull start. Will not turn over when attempting to use the electric start.
All electrical in boat is working fine, horn, lights, power tilt, live well pump.
Battery checked good.

I ordered a new gasket and oil seal for the motor.
I removed the Gear Housing Cap with the 4 screws and removed the prop. Now how to I get out the oil seal? I don't want to break anything trying to get it out. Is there certain step to getting it out or just pry it out...
