    i'm looking for a solenoid [looks like a starter solenoid] for my outboard tilt / trim or i'm thinking to rewire it using two relays up and down any suggestions has anyone do this before thanks Danny

    tilt / trim relay

    i have a 1975 85 hp v4 johnson outboard the trim relay is going bad does any one have a part # to replace it with its a calco tilt / trim system or should i rewire it with 2 relays looks like a car starter relay but they have a diode in them and it wont work any sujestions
