got an 87 evenrude power tilt and trim its making a loud popping sound going up and down ,when i trim up it goes all the way up but when i trim down it will go about 4 inchs popping and stops.if you hold the trim down it will evintuly catch up and go down,i have taken both plugs out to drain...
