I have an Evinrude 115/80 Jet drive that has newly rebuilt carb and has run well until recently. It runs at idle fine, but bogs at WOT after planing. I'm not getting a "low oil horn" and I've tried two different fuel tanks/lines and neither fixed the problem. It looks as if the VRO is drawing...
