I just replaced my 40 HP Force with a 40 HP Evenrude E Tech. When I go over 3500 RPM I have water spilling back it to the well between the pontoons. Tried trim all the way down to up until the motor starts to cavities. Its mounted on a 15 foot pontoon boated rated for 40 HP.
