HI I have a gale sea king 3 hp 1962 model gg18735b.I cleaned up the carb and put a new coil in used same points condenser.I have a question when I put the lever in the stop position and try to start it I still get spark at the plug.What stops the motor or did I hook something up wrong. thanks...
