    I’ve got the running rich straightened out. But now my forward gear will not stay in gear jumps out after you barely increase throttle maybe a quarter and it jumps out

    Did discover some water in the gas when I swapped it also the motor hasn’t ran in about 6 6 1/2 years easily

    84 model and yes primer bulb goes hard when pumping and doesn’t lose pressure can come back 2 days later and bulb is still hard and has 120 psi per cylinder

    I have a 35 hp johnson outboard stick steer I adjusted my lean and Rich adjustment all the way in gently and out 1 1/4 turns but turned in a 1/4 and is hardish to start but when it does it idles fine but still runs really rich Tia!
