The problem is that the old engine's crank has studs and the new engine has a 1 piece oil seal. Can I buy bolts to replace the studs or do I have to take out the studs and use them in the new engine? Any suggestions?
I am working on a 1978 renken. I am replacing the 305 with a new marine 350 and I want to use the new style exhaust and risers. It has the old log style and I want to know if I can use elbows? Also I have been looking on Ebay and found some new style risers for 439 bucks.
