I have a 3.0 4 cyl Mercruiser. Recently completely rebuilt the motor.
In neutral the motor will rev up nice. But once i throw it in gear the engine wont rev up nearly as much. Even at full throttle. Boat is only moving 10-15 mph! What is the problem?
