Hi all, I have a 2003 merc 4 stroke carbureted motor that won't run. Cranking the engine for 10 seconds will load the cylinders so bad that fuel runs out of the spark plugs when I pull them. The engine has over 100 psi compression on all cyl. and good spark. I put fresh fuel and plugs in it...
