cant seem to seperate the control box. i removed the 3 screws on the front and the allen screw on the back going to the handle. i put a longer screw in the allen screw theads and tapped on it to try to remove the shift handle. its a 1990 model so it may just be stuck. any advice would be...
the motor wont get up and run w/out holding in choke buttton. i went thru the carbs. bulb stays tight when running. i can take the linkage off and run up rpms on each carb individually and hold the rpms steady but when i put it in the water it acts like its starving for fuel. help please...
