The bushing in the propeller on my 9.9 mariner failed while at the lake so i bought a new propeller and now the boat surges. It'll run fine for a few minutes but then it will act as if the propeller is spinning on the shaft for a sceond then reingage. the engine revs up for the second then bogs...
