    Right plugs. the little arrow on the recoil is inside the gap that in need to be in but not in the middle. How do you adjust it? Has electric start too but has trouble cranking also with plugs in take them out and its cranks over fast and easy Thanks

    Can not pull the pull starter cord with spark plugs in?

    I have the same problem with my 1982 35 evinrude!
