I have a 1980 johnson 115 (J115TLCSA). I thought one of the trim relays went out since it wouldn't go up but it would go down and the relay buzzed when the trim switch was pressed. Replaced both relays and still won't go up. Started moving the plug the relay goes into while my brother held...
