    I'm the original owner of a 2002 21' that I trailer and has many hours on it. I replaced my bunks once. They are attached with lag screws only. Never any issues. Occasionally I go around and feel the bunks after launching. Rarely does anything need tightening.

    I'm trying to troubleshoot a shift issue with my alpha 1 gen 2. Question: Is it possible to have a remote shift cable (the one from the helm to the engine) measure within spec (3 inches plus/minus 1/8 inch) and still be bad? Mine is 24 years old with 1,750 hours but still measures good.

    Aluminum is strong when it's bent, as in pontoon logs or the fuselage of an aircraft. Flat sheets welded together on the ocean....nah.

    When I put a Suzuki 90 in their prop wizard it lists the Hustler 4 blade aluminum which I believe is the dual geometry.
