Need some help with this one: When timing is set a TDC and throttle plates are completely closed (choke all the way open), engine speed is around 1300-1400 rpm. Only way I can get engine to slow down is to retard change timing to AFTER TDC -- engine necessarily stalls around 700 rpm. Checked...
