Hey there, I just bought a boat with a 1968 40 Hp Evinrude, with the muffs on hooked up to a garden hose it runs like a dream, but as soon as I put it in the lake it will only run for about 10 seconds then bog right out, I am stumped as this makes no sense to me, it's like the water is too much...
