I have a 1984 Evenrude 70 hp engine and I think I am missing parts. I am not a guru by any means and this is my first boat so I need some guidance.
I have been told by one guy that I am missing a solenoid and a wiring harness. I am sure that this isn't enough info but I will post some pictures...
