    9.5 Johnson Question

    I recently bought a used flat-top johnson 9.5. There are two screws missing in the front of the motor (just under the carry handle) that look like they would secure the engine to the casing. I can see the receptical hole on the inside from the exterior hole. I do not have the model number...

    new to force/chrysler

    I have an opportunity to buy a used Force (1998) 9.9hp motor and don't know that much about them. I'm going to do some more research on them tonight, but wanted to see if I can get any input here. Good motor or not? I'll use it for duck hunting in sloughs, swamps, and small lakes. Thanks
